Newburgh Sailing Club

Feeling ” Buoyed” up A damp but fun session down the club today with John, Roger, Eoin, Simon and Barry. They got the two new buoys painted orange and new rope harnesses created by Eoin and Barry. Also managed to put new spark plugs in Red rescue. We are set up for the PBI course…

The three musketeers (Rog, Ian and Simon) managed to get the two buoys rubbed down and white painted and changed the fuel on the red rib. A quick day but at least it was dry.

The first Thursday maintenance session of 2026. Graham chainsawed all the large driftwood, all the RIBs were checked over for the powerboat course at the weekend, the clubhouse was tidied and Simon checked over the pipe leak. Thanks to those in attendance including Graham, John, Dominic, Nick, Simon, and Rog.
